Nova Therm has produced double-wall vacuum insulated bottles, tumblers, and travel mugs since 2011 from our 8,000 m² facility in Ningbo, Zhejiang. We work with corporate gift distributors, promotional product suppliers, and retail or Amazon FBA brand owners who need food-grade 304 stainless steel drinkware under their own label, with MOQ starting at 500 pieces per design.

Six production lines cover stamping, polishing, vacuum forming, printing, assembly, and packing under one roof, giving us direct control over wall-gap consistency and print adhesion instead of outsourcing stages to subcontractors. Monthly output runs up to 300,000 pieces. Every single unit passes a 100% leak and pressure test before it reaches the packing line, and each production batch gets a vacuum insulation retention spot-check along with visual inspection of surface finish and logo print quality.
