MOQ is 500 pieces per design under OEM/ODM. You can mix colors or lid types within that design as long as the total reaches 500 pieces. Below 500 pieces we can quote a sample-run surcharge, but for repeat production orders we hold the line at 500 pieces per SKU to keep tooling and print setup costs reasonable for both sides.

Samples ship in 7-10 days from artwork confirmation. Once you approve the sample and pay the deposit, production takes 30-35 days for orders up to 20,000 pieces. We send photos at the pre-production, mid-line, and pre-shipment stages so you can track progress without needing a factory visit.

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with the purchase order, balance paid against the B/L copy before we release the container. For orders above USD 30,000 we also accept L/C at sight. Sample invoices under USD 500 can be settled by card or PayPal, and we issue a formal proforma invoice for every order before production starts.

Yes, we run full OEM/ODM programs: custom mold development for lid shapes, laser engraving or full-color UV printing on the barrel, custom color powder coating, and private label packaging including printed gift boxes, hang tags, and polybags. Mold lead time runs 15-20 working days depending on complexity, and we retain your mold exclusively for your account.

At order time you can select capacity, lid style, straw or flip cap, barrel color from our standard powder coat chart or a Pantone match, print method, and packaging format. Pantone color matching adds 3-5 working days to the sample cycle. Logo placement and print size are confirmed on a digital proof before we cut any tooling or print screens.

Every unit passes a 100% leak and pressure test before packing. On top of that, each production batch goes through a vacuum insulation retention spot-check where sample units are filled and measured against the stated cold and hot retention hours, plus a visual check of surface finish and logo print quality. Units failing either check are pulled before the batch is boxed.

We offer a 12-month warranty covering loss of vacuum insulation and manufacturing defects, excluding drop damage, misuse, and normal wear of printed logos. Because every unit is leak and pressure tested before shipment, warranty claims on shipped goods run under 0.5% of units across our regular OEM accounts, based on returns logged over the past three years.

We quote EXW or FOB Ningbo as standard, and CIF to major US, Canadian, German, or UK ports on request. Sea freight is typical for orders over 5,000 pieces, with samples and urgent small batches sent by DHL or FedEx. Retail units are individually polybagged and boxed in export cartons of 24-48 pieces, palletized and shrink-wrapped for ocean transit.
